1. Stop by with your laptop or tower (we don't normally need your monitor, keyboard or mouse)
2. We will have a brief conversation about your compter and what issues you are having with, And what option will be right for you.
3. We will provide you with work order to be filled out and signed. Outlining what the symptoms are and what services you have authorized us to do.
4. We will call you on the phone number you have provided to inform you of the results.
5. You can come pick up your PC.
